when i was in the city in september i was lucky to be there for the spring 2010 show of Williamsburg Fashion Weekend. my pals siri and erin collaborated (as is their tradition) and it was a whole lotta fun. i love the WFW shows because the designers come up with more of a concept/performance presentation than a classic (often boring) runway show. for this season, siri and erin’s show was an avant-garde rock concert performance by the Hard Nips! their show was last of the night, and really brought down the house. you can see lots more photos on my flickr page or click on any of the thumbnails above to see them bigger. it was pretty dark and fast-paced so the photos aren’t great, but i think they do a decent job of capturing the flavor!
