i’ve said it before and i’ll probably be saying it for a long time: Boxy Tee is one of my most favorite classes to teach! it started out humbly as a tutorial written for A Verb for Keeping Warm’s blog, then i started teaching it all over the place and i’ve loved seeing all the projects that come of it! i now usually call it “Boxy Tee/Drapy Tunic” because it’s so versatile when you play with the length, amount of ease, and fabrics, as evidenced by how different the drapy red linen one i’m wearing in the video below looks from the boxier pieced one seen above.
so, i’m thrilled to report that Sew A Boxy Tee is my newest online class with Creativebug, and it is live as of TODAY! i hope you like it! and the timing is lucky because it also happens to be their annual FREE WEEK through 9/16, which means if you’re not yet a subscriber, you can watch this one plus my other 18 workshops, plus all the hundreds of other all-star teachers’ classes for free without even entering a credit card (so no sneaky tricks when you forget to cancel)!
if you make and share your own project from the class, please add it to the #calpatchboxytee album!
note: all links to Creativebug from this post (and elsewhere on my site) are affiliate links, so if you subscribe after clicking over from here, i will get a very small commission. Creativebug is the only website i ever use affiliate links to, and you can be sure i am 100% sincere in my adoration for them, since i have chosen to teach all of my online workshops via their platform.
