recently i opened my mailbox and found the sweetest package ever: a hoop-framed embroidered portrait of gertie, made by floresita of feeling stitchy, a very inspiring and informative group embroidery blog. i was overwhelmingly touched by this gift, because she sent it as a thank you for a little something i gave her, but this far surpasses the original! she said she was inspired by my post about gertie’s wardrobe. thanks again flor, hope to stitch with you soon ;n)
