Wiksten Haori Jacket workshop

i’ve made two of these jackets now and i love wearing both. my first one is truly oversized, as is the original intention of the pattern, and i made it in a heavy cotton canvas lined with medium-weight linen. it makes a good light winter coat and fits over heavy sweaters and layers. my second is much lighter-weight, out of a Kaufman railroad stripe and some double gauze, and i used a smaller size, so it makes a great Spring jacket.
